weight is at 205....(210 last week). I started doing more cardio(4 times a week at 30 to 40min). Cardio is absurdly hard by the way!! Outta breath real quick. Strength is goin way up for me and im finally starting to get more vascular. My stomach is getting big so i stopped doing abs, but i think it might be the squats...not sure. I just started training back with triceps...never tried it before. Anyone ever try that before?
