I need help Identifying gear. Have you seen this brand?

I cant post a pic of it here (or it gets moved) and really need to since this forum has the best traffic. I hope I can at least post a link to the pics below. No one has been able to help. Plenty of people have speculated but no one has any real answers. maybe you can help? I need to know if this is a legit company and if you have had any gains from it is all. I know what kind of gear it is supposed to be. The thread is below.
