yep training and diet is in order thats a must, before even cycling. Ive done some decent doses b4 n wanted to just giver this timeyoud throw the short deca in eh? Ive never tried... heh

I train friends of mine who are naturally that size.
You should fix whats broke if youve done heavy cycles before and are that small before effecting your health with more uneeded AAS.
