Yeah, its doctor prescribed. I take half a pill and im OUT COLD. I feel kinda mindless, though. Its weird.

That's good old stuff I personally wouldn't take it all the time though just now and again to help you chill and relax. There isn't a problem taking both but if your taking it daily it could effect your motivation in the gym

I'd suggest throwing them down the toilet, and looking for any alternative. Speaking from experience Xanax and benzos in general have been one of the most destructive drugs in myself and my friends lives.

I agree, even if you aren't an addict you can still get addicted. Benzos are horrible to withdraw from.

I've dealt w having general anxiety and panic attacks for years. I would start pouring sweat from just conversing w people. I used Xanax to help and it did but it's not solving the problem. It's best to face it head on and fix the problem then react to it w drugs.
