    First Cycle

    Hey everyone, this is my first thread. I have done a lot of research on this stuff and i think i have a pretty good grasp on it all. I am starting my first cycle, some comments would be appreciated.

    Week 1 - 12: Test Cyp 400mg/week
    Week 1 - 10: Deca 200mg/week
    Week 15 - 17: Clomid Therapy

    ** Keep Arimidex or Nolvadex on hand.

    How does that look?? Main goal: gain lean mass!!

    is this your first cycle? if so, why not make it just a test based cycle, so you can get an idea of what your body is going to react like. for a first cycle you can never go wrong with test only.

    other than that I don't see anything wrong with this cycle of yours. how much nolva and arimi do you have on hand?

    Welcome to AR!

    First people will ask you for your stats (age, height, weight, diet) all that stuff. Cycle doesnt look bad but your PCT needs work.

    week 15-16 clomid 100mg/day
    week 15-16 nolva 40mg/day
    week 17-18 clomid 50mg/day
    week 17-18 nolva 20mg/day

    Oh I forgot about the stats...
    I'm 19, 5'9" and 175 pounds at about 8% body fat.

    Your a little young, i would try to increase my food intake and see where it takes me before jumping on cycles.

    sorry, defintely too young...please wait till 21 at least IMO.

    BUT, if you choose not to listen to the members (which generally is what happens unfortunately)...

    then drop the deca from your first cycle.
    Week 1-12 Test E 500mg/week
    Week 1-15 Arimidex .25mg ED

    And whatever PCT protocol you choose consisting of your nolva and clomid

    but once again, wait 2 years, too young!

    bro you are way to young .. to even use AAS ... for many reasons.. one you can damage your natty HPTA fuctiuons, growth plates .. and so forth right now you have plenty free test to grow from .. my advise is get that diet down training down .. because those are Key not compounds .... you can cause great harm to your body..


    Also I would like to add that their is great responsibility when running cycle like training dedication food intake .. keeping up with shoots .. My brother-in-law who is 19 and against advice from myself and other members not to start at his age .. did any way .. and came to me jacked up .. bloated head aches high blood pressure nose bleeds.. ect.... . so long story short I took him in and got him on track .. Now he dont go out all he does is eat sleep train and work .. yes I put him to work as well ... Now he has done ok ... but only because I am here .. I stepped in.. and you know what he says now...

    this is a lot of work I just thought that if I take AAS I would get big .. But this is crazy .. all the food ,training is way more than i signed on for .. but I see were the training knowledge diet and even knowing AAS .. is key .. after this I am done NO MORE CYCLES until I am ready ...

    So there is more than just taking AAS IMO a min of 4 years training and diet knowledge ...is needed before you can take the plunge .... also keep in mind that just because you hit a phase in training were you dont seem to be doing much .. dont mean your ready for AAS .. it means you need to get a grasp of training break through that with better training and diet ...

    Sorry for the long post but .. I would just say you are to young .. and thats it but i see so many young bros making these mistakes .. I just wish .. that they would see the work at hand not the easy way out
