The girl at my local health store told me it depends on the person, could be a few days to a few weeks. She gave me samples and let me tell you this, evey day at work when i sit my knees use to hurt, not big pain but pain that made it hard to work. After 6 days i dont feel the pain in my knees and ankles anymore. So im sold on it thats for sure...
