arimidex/nolva on cycle?

am going to be starting 3rd cycle with test e 500mg/deca 400mg for 12 weeks one week longer with the test.i was going to use 10mg nolva/.25 arimidex right the way through cycle.

pct=1-30 clomid 100mg/nolva 20mg/arimidex .25 ed

now should i just use arimidex or the nolva while on cycle i have read that using the arimidex for that long is not good but also nolva can hinder gains or shal i use both.i know there maybe not one answer but just wanted to here everyones thoughts.thanks

I would stick to one or the other at those doses. If you go with adex then start a week before the cycle.

Nolva does not hinder gains, IMO.
