    recommendations for my cycle, started yesterday

    Hey all heres some info about me, in 6:1' 18 years old and 20% bodyfat, 179 lbs and I have been working out 5-6 days a week for the past 2 months preparing for my first cycle and have been working out 2 days a week for the past 4 yrs, just yesterdaythe 7th I took my first dose of 250mg test eth, and decca, 200mg, I plan to take 500 mg test a week and 400 deca a week, Is that not enough deca? also what should the calorie intake be for someone who wants to loose weight and build mussle, My current diet consists of: in the morning, the equivalent of 3 eggs, but whites only, and 2 glass of skim milk, with protein each with 23g, a lunch some type of salad or low calorie food again more skim milk and protein also throughout the day I will eat at least 1 cup of whole grain rice, also at least 1 piece of fruit a day- usually green apples, For dinner, more brown rice, veggies, and skim milk and protein, Or instead of brown rice 16oz potato, no butter or shit like that,and 8oz lean steak and before I work out I take another protein shake and one after, so that’s my diet, any suggestions

    First welcome to AR

    second, please read the rules as there is no price discussion allowed in the open forums

    Third you are WAY too young to be using AAS and risk screwing up your HPTA

    Fourth you only been working out consistantly for 2 months and want to cycle?????

    Fifth your body fat is TOO high to be starting an AAS cycle and this will cause you problems

    Sixth, you made NO mention of PCT...what are you going to do to recover from your testes being shut down???

    Seventh, It is NOT recomended to start with more than one compound in order to see how your body reacts to it

    eigth, you should have your diet set up BEFORE you start injection yourself. I think you should research MORE before continuing. you shoudl have basic diet knowledge in order to get the results you want. DECA is NOT used for cutting. It is primarily a bulking compound

    in conclusion, you are NOT ready to be doing AAS...I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it is the truth!! Please stop now and wait until you are leaner and older about 23-25 would be much safer and healthier for you!!

    how much do you weigh? @ 6'1" and 20% bodyfat you had better weigh over 250lbs if you're thinking of juicing!

    Please see through the negative aspects of this

    Sorry, I know you guys have allot of experience with aas and you see some young kid starting up on them, it doesn’t look good, in fact I would call myself an idiot too for doing them, but the fact is it is what I have decided to do. to clarify, I have been on a strict diet for at least 3,4 months, much before I decided to try aas, I know you all here trying to help by saying it is best to discontinue, but I need to at least get 1 cycle in, and to add to the info, I "used to weight more" 195, but in the past 5, months my weight has dropped to 179, someone said that at my height that I should at least weigh 250, I am not built broad, I am more of a basketball player type build, weight training is nothing new to me, having been a wrestler, and a runner and jumper, but the fact is that I can't get the build I want on my own, sure it is the easy way out, but being a freshman in college, aas seem like a godsend, for those who are interested in helping with a diet, I have done research and put together a diet a while ago, and it is currently different due to the fact that I started an aas cycle, My current diet consists of: in the morning, the equivalent of 3 eggs, but whites only, and 2 glass of skim milk, with protein each with 23g, a lunch some type of salad or low calorie food again more skim milk and protein also throughout the day I will eat at least 1 cup of whole grain rice, also at least 1 piece of fruit a day- usually green apples, For dinner, more brown rice, veggies, and skim milk and protein, Or instead of brown rice 16oz potato, no butter or shit like that, and before I work out I take another protein shake and one after, so that’s my diet, any suggestions,

    hey man listen to me... I'm 19. I started juicing when I was 17 and I regret it. I didn't do proper PCT until recently so everything I gained I ended up losing afterwards and I could have got to where I'm at naturally probably. Now, I'm finally cycling safely and properly, but I have no idea what those previous cycles have done to my body and how my future will be affected. Sometimes I have trouble staying hard, sometimes I get hardons that won't go away! Take my advice from someone who is your age! Cut your cycle short and continue lifting naturally until you are about 240lbs @ around 10% bodyfat THEN I think you will be ready for AAS and you will really see yourself blow up!

    From what I have gathered, Steroids are like the Ace of Spades... if you play your cards right and hit it after you truly plateu naturally then you will see incredible growth! If you do what I did and use AAS too soon, you will only speed up what you could have done naturally and end up plateuing anyway and since you already played your Ace of Spades you will be S.O.L. like me!

    okay definitely need to improve your diet if you want to grow! I will give you a taste of what I eat on a daily basis...

    24 Egg Whites
    1 Whole Wheat Bagel
    1 Banana
    2-3lbs Chicken Breast
    1 Sweet Potato
    2-4 Cans Tuna
    1 Apple
    3 Protein Shakes (400 Cals, 40-50g Protein, 30g Carb)
    2 WeightGainers (800Cals, 50g Protein, 75g Carb)

    Now this is all in a single day and that's just my base diet... I add more to that as I see fit throughout the day

    Thanks man, I appreciate your help, but you could imagine how it feels to know that your body has this “potential” and I try to reach it on my own but I just can’t, As for weighing 250 lbs, I was reading, I think the most you can naturally put on in a yr is what like 12-16 lbs of muscle so you see the problem for me reaching that weight. I really want to keep all the gains I get, that’s why I am taking deca along with test eth, when the time comes I must, I repeat must do post cycle training, I know its no cakewalk but I’m prepared to go the distance, I know its not what anyone wants to hear, I am going to go through with a 12 week cycle, and do PCT and then I will see where I go from there.

    my daily intake base is...usually I eat even more. Sadly, I'm gaining weight very slowly and I don't know why!

    Calories: 5300
    Fat: 53 grams
    Carbs: 419 grams
    Protein: 675 grams

    well obviously we're not going to change your mind... make sure you do as much research as you can and be EXTRA safe with everything. For you, treat PCT as if it were more important than the actual cycle. BTW, PCT stands for Post-Cycle Therapy

    question about egg whites or whole egg? whats better, and after hearing how many egges you eat a day I just went and made 5 more, note that im hoping to loose a little more fat, about 3 months ago i was a36 waist and now im like i guess 34 because 35 in are falling off of me, just to give eyou an idea of my build

    I didnt read everyones post..so im not sure if anyone has already talked about this but.. one thing that means the most to me especially is notating the fact that you are only in the gym for 2 months which was noted.. but the bigger issue is that taking aas you probably WILL get stronger, with not enuff muscle growth and you WILL start tearing stuff .. TRUST ME ill send you the MRI.. it is NOT worth it.. get a good base before anything ..

    If you are going to continue to be ignorant* a quick FYI.. I wouldnt change your test or deca amounts mid cycle.. aas isnt the miracle substance to make all your dreams come true.. your as* should be in the gym sweating. then when you get home from the gym and eat eat eat on a strick diet.. get on here and READ.. make sure to keep us posted..

    I kno what you mean, I look like a ignorant little sh** but I have been working out like 2 times a week for the past 4 years, but when i said like 2 months thats when i started going to the gym like every day of the week, but thanks for the info i'll keep you all posted

    if you are trying to just lose your fat then you definitely don't need AAS. but as far as eggs, I eat 12 eggs in the morning and 12 before bed (i'm actually eating some right now ) I hold the yolks on 10 of them so I only eat 2 yolks. Egg whites are 3 grams of 100% protein, 0 carbs, 0 fat each. Egg yolks also have 3 grams of protein (making the whole egg 6g total) but the yolks also have fat and are high in cholesterol.

    bumped my eggs up to 20 whites a day, but the hardest thing I find about doin aas is eating all the food wen youre not hungry, no to say im not eating, I am eating a shitload

    Jon, if this was easy, everybody would be looking HUGE !!!....lolol There is NOTHING about bodybuilding CORRECTLY that is easy. 6-8 meals a day, up early for cardio when you don't want to, the disipline to stay focused on your diet, the huge amount of dedication to the RESEARCH and truly knowing what you are putting into your body and how your body reacts to each , and the list goes on.....

    Too many people think steroids are the "EASY" solution...but those are usually the people that do it without the research and end up screwing their bodies up for life!!!

    If you can't do AAS correctly, then there is NO point to doing it at all cause if you are not getting the correct amount of calories in the correct amount of Proteins, carbs, adn fats, then AAS is NOT gonna give you what you want.

    AAS is NOT a magic pill that all you got to do is take it and muscles magically appear. Muscles need protein to grow and lots of it to grow big, protein needs carbs to break them down and synthesis them into the muscle tissue....and so on and so on and so on....... NO amount of AAS will grow muscle without the PROPER nutrition and heavy training PERIOD !!!

    Smile Little update

    So far I have done my 500 mg test and 400 decca, some minute differences noticed, also put on 2 1/2 lbs prob water. So far that all for now
