DHT conversion and hair loss

about 3 weeks into my test E @ 500mg/week cycle i am noticing a rather dry, flaky scalp, and when i pull my hair lightly and run my hands through it, some comes out. I only tried this this morning so it might be buildup of hair, i have a full set of about 3 inches long on top, no signs of balding regularly.

Would the effects of a test only cycle on hair loss(if is was prone), even be sufficient for me to even worry about? With a full set? And does it grow back? thanks!

and yes test converts to DHT will will aggravate MPB.....
