    Advise my spring cycle

    Hey, Maybe it's a little early, but I've got my spring cycle in mind First of all, I have access to whatever I want. (Minus var and GH) I've never done a "cutting cycle" but I hope to attempt one. With that said, I will be looking to maintain muscle mass, as well as allow for a little bit of diet and cardio manipulation (trial and error) until I can find out what works for me. Something that can aid me if I accidently diet too harshly. I would love to avoid injecting more than twice a week if I could, but if consensus proves its better, I will step up. ok.. i was gonna lay down some ideas, but i have no clue what to do...

    are there "beginner cutting cycles" listed somewhere?

    6'1 220 15%ish

    wanna get around 200 as lean as possible

    If you want to loose 20lbs, any gear cycle is a step in the wrong direction.

    Diet, exercise and some supps/herbs/chems.

    We have know idea on your past cycle experience. No clue what doses you've ran. You have not given any info besides...I can get anything but gh and var.......

    4 cycles, currently on one.

    1 was tren ed 75mg for 8 weeks
    2 was same
    3 was tbol only for 8 weeks at 60mg ed
    4 right now is 500mg/wk for 12 weeks of test e plus 30mg dbol weeks 1-4

    That was my opinion.

    Maybe you didn't notice, but I didn't include aas in my list.
    Again if your goal is to lose 20lbs, gear (by design) will take you in the opposite direction.

    dude I don't think you need to lose weight....If you just tighten up (<8% BF) 6'1 220 is pretty jacked

    it sounds like you are set on using aas to get to your goal. for what you are trying to do i thinks it's un-needed so here's a mild cycle that i would think about if you are going to do it no matter what.

    test e @ 500 mg/wk
    tren e @ 300 mg/wk

    anti-e all the way through w/ proper pct. i've run somehting similar to this before, but with higher doses, and it worked great. with the lowered doses i think it would still be a good cycle.

    if you want to keep the water retention down ever more and you i would say switch to suspension and tren ace.

    thanks! i was thinking of something along that lines, just not sure what doses. was this what you ran or did you run higher?

    you bet i noticed... the reason i will be dieting assisted, is that naturally i would diet down and be left at 180ish... i've been at 220 where i am now and dieted down without aas, and i lost way too much muscle... im not looking for a stack that will blow me up, just something that turns the catabolic/anabolic scale in my favor a bit. thanks for your opinion though, I appreciate it.

    thanks, i appreciate that, but my current goal is a lean 200... i'll get heavier from there... but not yet.

    heh since you want to use something why not go with primobolan depot. You can actually gain muscle in caloric deficit on this compound. or some tren will do the trick.

    just my two cents...

    none soley research over time lead me to this... i believe 700-1000mgs people say for the primo to work in calorie deficit... id say average doseage for the tren will work
