    While on AAS....

    Just wondering the kind of sleep schedule you guys use while on AAS? Obviously you need to get plenty of sleep for recuperation and growth, but how much is required? 6,7,8 + hours? Also, for those on a 6+ meal a day diet, when is your last meal?

    What are your thoughts/experiences/suggestions?

    IMO on or off cycle you should get a minimum of 8 hours a night.

    i say 6-9 hrs is sufficent... any less isnt enuf and anymore for me personally i feel more tired.

    last meal all depends on ur goals for the cycle... if bulking i get my lat meal n right b4 bed, cutting i try to get in at least 3 hrs b4 bed- even when goin for lean muscle imo

    I always eat just before bed to prevent catabolism during the night. I would say 8,9 hours is good. I sleep any time i can in the day too.

    unfortunately the most sleep i can get Mon-Fri is about 4-5 hours max. i am very well aware that it hurts my gains because i can feel the effect, but nothing i can do about it.

    i would say 8 is ideal, usually i can get 8 on the weekends, kinda recharges my battery a bit

    I need at least 8 but usualy get 7. Any less then that and i need a nap after work and it ruins my night.

    agreed...I usually dink and ass load of water before bed so that I have to wake up around 3 to piss and drink a protein shake....then back to bed

    wow, thanx for all the responses. I think this is my major problem that needs to be addressed. Im yet to try any sort of cycle but Im finding a huge plateau right now and I think it is my sleep/lack there of. 4-6 hours is my regular.
