I know that its expensive and I was planning on doing it for 6 months or longer if I see the results im looking for. If I am taking a cycle and seeing progress then I will def stay on task and go to the gym and eat better. Actually by the time I start it i will have the gym in my house finished and I wont have to pay to go to the gym (which is a plus).
