    what works better for fatloss Clen or ephedra

    Depends on the individual i'd say..Namely the individual's ability to tolerate the compound

    I don't use clen.. hate it.

    Ephedrine works for me... I'd say 'works' is relative as i can tolerate it but i can't tolerate clen.

    Personally I found that clen worked better, but the sides were worse.

    the best for me was am cardio CLEAN diet and clen.. IMO

    thanks guys how much should i take i heard that 20mg in the morning then another 20 3-4 hours later and build up from there and on the 3rd week take beneadryl for a week for your beta-2 receptors? if i am missing something please help me out

    both are cheap find what works for you, clen wont work for me ephedra works GREAT with a clena diet cadio etc... it all depends.. get some of both and decide for yourself

    agree, i have tried clen over and over again, it just doesnt work for me, i cannot even do cardio or workout on it. it drians my energy, does not kill my appetite, i cannot concentrate. it may be a more powerful stimulator of the receptor, but ephedrine really helps me get a lot of cardio in. i have also found that taking 50mg benadryl actually does prevent the epherdine from loosing its effect.
