strech, drink more water. i'm assuming ur talking about lower back cramps
yeah man if i stand in 1 place 2 long i dont get cramps just serious lower back pumps..l drink enough water but will strech more ..anything else . does it go away or is it basic.... thanks
I only got the back pumps while taking Dbol at the beginning of a cycle.
how long have you been on the dbols
and whats the dose
i have been on d 4, 2.5 weeks.. this is the first cycle i have stacked d/with test cyp ....i have done bigger dosses of d but never felt anything like this d has been good with me ....im a sorry key board op...

could be the test cyp.. that was my last cycle, test cyp and tbol.. i had the same back pumps you are talking about.. couldnt stand still for a long period of time aswell.. this time im on test e and deca and dbols and im not haveing lower back pain...
really how much cyp have u handled in the past. ive only done cyp .... is that old school ///???///
these guys are right...same with me and dbol...in the begining my lower back feels tight...almost cramp like...tends to subside as you continue with the cycle
o k cool ....but 2 b staight. it does seem like this will b a good cycle i hope ... i seem t b motivated .,.to b stronger in my train n .,and cardio..
