I'm a 28y.o guy with about 11 years training experience - the last 5 years being chemically enhancedI have abstained for the last 18 months following a shoulder injury which required a stabilisation procedure which was I underwent about 10 months ago. I been training back regularly for the last 3months and have been given the all clear from the surgeon (not to hit the juice but to resume training with all the gusto I can muster) and I feel confident in my shoulder again. The gains have been fairly quick with return to my strength of about the best I achieved naturally (deadlifting 200kg for about 9 reps, squatting 150 for 10 deep) and I would like to hit another cycle.
I've got some leftovers from before the injury and was hoping to get some advice for a decent cycle with it (without having to add much more - if at all)
I have the following:
500 of 10mg D-bols (methandrostenolone)
20mls of Deca-durabolin 100mg
10mls of Sustanon 250mg
10mls of primobolan 100mg
and the following PCT
30 tablets of 50mg Clomid
30 tablets of 20mg Nolvadex-D
I also have a couple of hundred tabs of clenbuterol 20mcg as well and will have trouble getting some HCG and the like and would like to avoid it.
I had my bloods done and my complete blood count is normal as well as my liver function tests, my cholesterol and lipids are normal, blood pressure is good and my FSH, LH and free testosterone are all within normal limits.
SO the advice I'm wanting is to construct something out of what I have (with about a 12 week or so cycle in mind) that will not require excessive post cycle therapy, and hopefully achieve modest sustainable gains. This being my first cycle after quite a break I'm not hoping for too much overkill.
I'm currently about 82kg and ~ 15% body fat (about 177cm tall).
Any advice appreciated.
