head to head, clen would win, hands down. however, ephedra is rarely used alone and is usually combined with caffeine and asprin for an added effect, also known as the infamous ECA stack.
as far as comparing an ECA stack to clen, there is no definitive answer. it's all very individualized. one works better for some, the other works better for others. you have to try both and compare results to see which is best for you.
remember when comparing results to check your bf% regularly, as weight loss by no means indicates fat loss, and i've used fat burners before that had burned off more muscle than fat. however with my experience with clen, my muscle loss was minimal to none and my fat loss was significantly increased. ECA works for me, but for numerous reasons, clen works far better. again though, that's just me, and you'll find just as many people choosing clen as you will ECA.
I've used T5's B4 which include Ephedrine, Caffine and Asprin which u would prob know, But i felt paranoid off them and the shakes were bad. Plus they made me very snappy.Originally Posted by ascendant

however, clen never caused me the chest pains. actually, the sides i got from clen were pretty tolerable at doses up to 80mcg, and the results were excellent. for me, i can lose about 1%bf per week on it at that dose without losing any muscle.
