I did some information on Steroids but not enough to be a expert on what type of roids do what and stuff like that. I want a weaker type of steroid that wont get me HUGE but will get me stronger so i can get a good start bodybuilding again. I got really week after taking a year off working out so i just want a cycle that will help me get a little bigger but not too big, with minimal side effects.

I'll say it and many others likely would as well...
1.) You're too young to use AAS yet...you should have plenty of natty test circulating in your body at your age.
2.) You are correct that your body is likely average for your height and weight...with that said, average should mean that with proper nutrition and hard training, you should be able to do a bit of growing and plateau naturally before you should need the assistance of AAS's.
Between now and when you should be ready to use AAS's, research and educate yourself on AAS's and the proper use of them.
