    Newbie need some cutting advice.

    Hello All,

I've very new to the anabolic world and was hoping to ask some questions.

    1. I used to be 270 and dropped 70 pounds without any hard supplements in about 1 year.
    2. But I lost a lot of muscle mass, even though I kept the protein high. I think I just over did the cardio and stripped back to many calories. I got addicted to running. Started to run close to 10k a day.

Need some advice. I'm 203 now, with a goal to be ripped at 200. My BF % is at 14% right now (too high). My BF at 270 was 21%. I'm not happy with the results of cutting down.

I'm thinking of gaining back some good lean muscle mass and then using GH to help me cut down. At least I think the GH could help me preserve more muscle while cutting next time. Not sure. My strength is finally starting to come back.

Could someone please give me some advice?

    (I'm 30 years old)

    Thanks in Advance!!!

First off, congratulations on your weight loss....it is to be expected that you would lose some lean mass considering the rapid weight loss and continually putting your body in a caloric deficit and catabolic state (from all that running)..none-the-less, your success demonstrates the willpower to step up your game...

    1. lessen your running to 3x a week...go for brisk-walking instead and keep your HR between 130-150 to target fat burning...also, do it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning
    2. You need to post your diet (with macros), so we can see where you stand nutritionally (do so in the diet forum)
    3. Before you decide to "bulk", you still can drop a few more BF% with the right diet and exercise..naturally...it'll give you a better base to bulk up again..the "priming effect"...once again diet is key
    4. Hold off on gear till you get your diet/exercise in order
    5. In the meantime, after thorough research, you may use stuff like clen and tribulus to help your cutting for the last few BF%

GH is a patient man's gear.... It takes months (12 wks up) for any noticeable effect and one's diet and exercise must be spot on....also, the reccomended dosages (4 ius or more) for efficacy tends to drain your wallet...all the more reason you want to make sure everything else is perfect before you blow all that money...that's why most young adults (20-35 yrs) opt for gear instead (test, deca , EQ, dbol etc..)..it's cheaper and more effective..although to start gear you need to do TONZ of research and have your diet and exercise on par for several months...leave the GH for the older people and the gear for atleast 6 more months down the line when you're physically ready

    cheers

    My current diet

    Thanks for your response!

My diet is kind of all over the place right now due to the lack of time. I'm always on the go.

    Meals in order:

    1. CytoSport - CytoGainer - 55Gram protein
    + Greens+, Udo's oil, 125ml Orange Juice, small banana,
    + ColdFX, Multi-vitamin, Vitamin B+

    2. Brown Rice 1 cup - Use coconut oil to boil it
    - 50 Grams of Isobolic Protein

    3. Salmon (40 Grams of protein) - Brown rice or Oatmeal (sometimes chicken or tuna)

    4. CytoSport - CytoGainer in water. 55 grams of protein

    Pre-workout
    5. Cottage Cheese - (40 grams protein)
+ handful of grapes, +oatmeal (slow cooking type) - half cup of Oj

    6. Post workout - Isobolic in Orange Juice - (60 grams protein)
+small Banana - Udos Oil, Greens+ (This meal only on work out days)

    8. Container of Raw eggs 16 - Depends on mood, Sometimes Shrimp/Prawns, or shake. Whatever the coin toss says.

This is what I try to stick to, some days I get maybe 6 meals. I don't have much time to cook because I'm always on the go. I drink very little alcohol, maybe 3 beers a week.

With this current diet, I'm gaining strength/size and waist is still in check. I do cardio 3 x week now, but just the bike for 30 minutes in the morning.

    Thanks in advance!!

I don't know too much about Clen . But some say it gives you an irregular heart beat which could be very dangerous. Some say it didn't do anything for them. But I will research it for sure.

Have you heard of Lipo Dissolve? What do you think of that?

    Thanks!
