    Help with 1st cycle

    I was thinking about running Test E 400-500/week, eq 600/wk.
    Just looking to put on 10-15 lbs lean muscle mass while reducing bf %. Im concerned with Hairloss since im already predisposedand other sides
    5'6
    170
    11-12% bf.

    I do cardio 35-45 minutes everyother day. Strict diet

    6AM Protein shake
    7AM gym
    9Am surge recovery shake
    12Am chicken breast and vegetables
    3AM fruit with plain yogurt
    5AM fish, chicken and vegetables
    7AM protein shake

    let me know what you guys think

    most willl say test only is enough for first cycle. i wouldnt necessarily recommend two injectables but i've heard of a few people doing eq in their first cycle...

    as for ur diet if you want anyone to review it i'd put ur macros in (carbs/protein/fat/calories) so we have an idea of ur total numbers. the foods dont say a whole lot without the numbers. but i can tell u know ur not eating enough. that diet would = 2000 calories in my mind. and thats being generous i could be wrong but i dont think i am. which is definately not enough

    wk1-12 test e @ 500mg EW
    wk15-PCT
    wk15-19 clen @ 75-125mcg ED(50-100mg benadryl every 3rd wk)
    wk0-PCT letro @ 0.25-0.5mg ED
    wk0-PCT dutasteride/proscar @ 0.5-1mg ED

    also to help with MPB you can try Nizoral shampoo EOD and 400mg saw palm ED.

    That diet will not help you put on 10-15lbs lean mass. Hit up the diet forum.

    im trying to get my bf% lower until i start. I've upped the cardio and lowered the calories so that i can have a lower bf when i start. one of the reasons i was thinking EQ would be to increase appetite

    How old are you btw.. diet needs work.. IMO

    injectable b12 works better for apetite. you really should stick to one compound your first cycle. the only reason i would say to use 2 is if you kick start with an oral.....

    Diet needs work. If your doing a low carb approach. Which i assume ur doing because i don't see any carbs. I would add carbs to meal 1 and postworkou meal. You need some fat supplementation in your diet as well.

    at 3 am you need a a meal. not fruit and yougurt.

    those are PM, and the reason i cut down my carbs and calories so much is that i cannot get the last belly fat and love handles off. had leg surgery couple months ago, lost some muscle and gained some fat. Got back into the swing of things but cant get below around 12 no matter how i change my diet or up the cardio. I was eating more carbs but decided to switch it up when i stopped seeing results

    ive run clen and t3 numerous times with results but still left problem areas.
