That totaly depends on you cycle experince and goals.....

well take your weekly amount and divide it... If you want 500mg/week ED then just 500/7 =75mg (round 71.42 up)

Yes you can use it eod, but i personally feel to get the best out of prop it needs to be ran ed, dosage depends on your cycle history and goals like horse stated, what was your previous cycles look like? what dose did you run? what results did you get?

I have never used prop before. It would be my first time. I have ustd Test E and ran it up to 500 mg weekly.
