    Injection sites

Due to the wonderful time I'm having so far with my supertest LOL, I'm gonna add more injection sites. So far I do glutes, delts, quads. Today I did my pec for the first time and it went great. No supertest yet though. With my pec, with inch and a quarter pins, half went in right away, I had to kinda jimmy in a little to reach an inch depth. Seems like it got a little tougher to push in, but no prob. Inch IS ok for everything other than glutes right? Got decent sized boobs too LOL. Only reason I ask is cuz I know some dudes use 5 eigths pins. I don't even know where to get those yet, and I don't want 'em if I don't need 'em. Any other suggestions? Last night I was gonna do my left trap but it felt like shit LOL, like I hit a nerve. Either way, what other areas are good to inject in? Biceps, lats, traps? Any help would be appreciated!

Hit your tris next. They're easy.

5/8 pins are usually slin pins and only hold 1cc.

go with 1inche - you look plenty thick.

Let your arm hang straight and shoot into the outer lateral head below the rear delt.

I like shooting right above where the lateral head pops when you flex your tri.
    Just relax while youre shooting.

Bi's,tri's,lats, chest, quads and glutes should be more than suffeciant for rotation needs....Any muscle can be injected as long as it is large enough to handle the volume of aas you are injecting and you are familar with proper injection procedure.....

Yes a one inch is ok to use for all the injection's accept for glute's and that realy depends on your BF so it is not a set in stone rule....

Imagine having a rusty screw driver jammed into your calf and twisted. Ok, now multiply that feeling times 10.

That sounds friggin unreal. I will post a sticky on my fridge reminding me to never inject in the calves LOL. That is the impression I was under. Everything I've read about it backs up what ya said.
