Hey everybody,
Although I have used this forum for lots of research, this is my first posting and I wanted to know what you thought about my cycle ideas.
First off about me: I'm 22 6'4" 200 lbs. have been training for 4 years now and have cycled twice in the past. My main goal is to gain 20 lbs. or more of quality muscle and not sloppy fat (trust me i've read plenty about the proper diet and loved the "how to bulk thread")
My 1st cycle was sus alone @ 250mg/wk with pct (i know not the best but it was before i discovered this site and did proper research but never the less i did make some good gains)
My 2nd was test e @ 500mg/wk...deca 400mg/wk...and dbol 50mg/ed to kickstart (which interestingly enough I didn't see the gains from the dbol that most people report if any except for increase in strength). Then I concluded it with the proper pct.
Now I'm looking to start again and I wanted to get some advice about what i should use given my cycle history. I was thinking about this: Test E @ 500-750mg/wk for 12wks and Anadrol @ 50-100mg/dy for the first 3wks for a kick start (anadrol because keeping in mind i didn't get any results from dbol). keeping hcg and nolva on hand for during, and nolva and clomid for pct.
I hope that enough info let me know what you think, any input is greatly appreciated! Plus if you think there is a better cycle instead... please let me know.
