i think i finally came tot he stage where i have the gyno issue. i am noticing my nipples are puffy and i have a lumop behind my nipple. i am currently taking prop ed and aromasin ed....
what is the best thing to take ( besides surgery) to get rid of the lump or minimize it greatly?????

Nolva CAN reverse gyno. Some say letro will, some say it won't.
