Hey Guys what would you guys reckonmend for my first cycle
becasue i dont know what goes with what and i need help on stringing it all to gether thanks

post your stats no one will even answer this without stats... and your gonna here " 500mg of test for10-12 weeks" for your first cycle.. thats it man keep it simple and clean the first time.. with a good diet ur good to go.

^^^^^^ prety much. Tell us a little about yourself, your stats and all. Second do a little research on this forum before asking, there is allot of good information here. Third, youll probbaly end up doing 12 weeks of test e 500mg/week with proper PCT

u should learn about steroid & pct its easy for us 2 give u a good cycle & good pct then ull come again & ask about another 1 but if learned about aas will be good for u

best bet is to read forums on here bro to learn about the diff types and wut they all do... a good 1st cycle is a single esther test.
ex.
wks 1-10 test e 500mg/week injected twice a week
wks 1-4 dbol 30mg/day
pct...
do a search on all that to get an idea on everything
