The next weeks...Test E will slowly work its way out of your system (long ester) so the next week kick in the HCG and run it at 500iu M/W/F for 3-5 weeks.... IMO run it for 4 weeks...

FOR A 12 WEEK CYCLE:

13-14 HCG M/W/F 500iu

PCT begins week 14
wk 14-18 Aromasin 25 ED
wk 14-19 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 15-16 HCG M/W/F 500iu
