I can definitely handle the criticism, as I'm more interested in the knowledge of safety/yields for gains/coordination of the schedule aspect of this than anything else. All of this is definitely around me getting some firsthand knowledge from people than just google, etc.
I plan to start my first cycle and because of some "work" technicalities, that I'd like to keep personal unless you PM me and help me out with, I need to make sure that whatever I'm using isnt able to be tested for a long time. So those are the reasons for the choices in gear I listed.

In addition to those last couple wks, I want to run either 6-oxo or novedex.
My cardio reg't right now is every day for 30 min. and I'm trying to lose whatever body fat I can to achieve an overall leaner look before I run the cycle. During the cycle, cardio will be 3-4x wk for the same time. Just as well, my diet is in check, any criticism on that as well will be appreciated. But I try and eat 5 small meals throughout my day. A lot of plain rice/pasta, chicken or tuna and some sort of vegetable whether it be steamed or in a salad.
Any help would be appreciated.
