just how bad is water retention

hey guys i am currently on prop 150mg eod nandrolone decanoate 600 mg week inj every 3 1/2 at 300mg. My question is just how bad is water retention off of nan if you keep a clean diet and do hard cardio..I was planning on prop eq and winny to get extra lean,,,yet ended up with prop nan and winny,,,i was misguided apparantly when i was told deca and eq are very simliar in results etc,,i could remeber reading long ago that eq was promising to be way betterthan deca,,,so i went with the 300 dec instead of the 200 eq as they were the same price,,,yet now I am getting greatresults just not as lean as expected,,,gettin big yet belly fat aint going nowhere even though im doing cardio almost every am..should i add AI??? or clean up diet even further,,,ouch,,,,or is myh belly fat genetic??? or does deca just make you hold water like that bad...comments!!!

I do not see where you have test in this cycle. Deca and eq are usually used for bulking, especially deca. Deca tends to increase bodyfat along with muscle mass. Water retension will occur with deca regardless, but you are not on a high dose anyway. IMO, more research was needed before you started shooting unknown drugs into your system.

I read that ...so we know you are on test...but water retention is bad on your BP...it cause stress on the heart and your things related to cardiovascular system.

i hold a lot of water wen running deca, try to keep ur diet as clean as u can and keep on the cardio... wen u come off deca the water will slowly go away.

i would personally bump the deca down to 500mg/week and up the prop a lil bit. u can also think about using letro to combat water retention

I had bad water retention this last bulk. it made my BP go up though not hugely. It also made my shoes too tight to wear and I felt sluggish and fat.
