    New year

    Having been off the gear for about a year and a half Im looking to do a course in the new year.

    I fancy doin Tren but im unsure as what is best to take it with and for how long.

    Any advice?

    Previously ive done Deca , sus and dbol courses

    what are ur stats? and wut are ur goals?

    Stats are 6'3, 220lbs, about 13%bf. My goals are to get bigger and stronger whilst trying to hold an athletic shape, if that makes sense. Previous courses have made me huge and i felt like a beached whale!
