Bro's what is the Normal (Ck total CPK) for a hard body building individual. My numbers have been 1060 (hard lifting day before hospital) 685 a day in the hosptial I took it easy no weights or bands, and 820 when I used my power bands in the hospital and got a great workout. I've read that these levels are generally higher for athletes and body builders due to the amount of muscle we break down which realeses CPK into the bloodstream. Can some one shead some light on what their levels are, and what there training is like.
