    Help with first cycle

    I was hoping someone might can help me with my first cycle. Ive been back in the gym for about a year now. My routine is pretty much 5 days aweek mon.-fri. Ive been sticking to a fairly good diet for about a month now, along with taking bsn tru mass, and bsn cell mass. I dont want to go crazy with what i have, just enough to help me out some. I have a 10ml vial of deca and a 10ml vial of sust 250. The guy that i got it from said to take 1cc of each aweek till its gone. Does this sound ok? Im getting stronger in the gym as of now but it's slow as hell as far as going up in weight. My flat bench is about 265max right now.

    33 yrs old
    6'2 215 lbs

    My routine is:
    mon. chest-tri's
    tues. back-shoulders
    wed. legs-bi's
    thur. chest-tri's
    fri. back-shoulders
    sometimes i go in on sat. and hit bi's again

    Are you taking it already? For your knowledge, usually guys at the gym or anybody selling you gear will tell you whatever they want to make a sale. I would never listen to anyone about something that I'm going to be injecting into my body without doing extensive research first. Plus he didn't sell you enough gear for a full cycle anyway. So, hold off until you have a proper cycle and all the right gear for PCT as well. I forgot to ask, what's your body fat?

    No, im not taking it yet. I was just hoping someone would let me know how much, and if theres other things that i might need to go with what i allready have. The guy that i got it from gets it from an older guy at their local gym. Theres about 12-15 guys at this gym getting it from the same source from where mine came from. I know 3 or 4 of these guys pretty well, and they say its great stuff, and that it is legit even though it's an ugl. My friend that got mine is useing the same stuff along with t400 and he's blowing up super fast.
    My body fat is somewhere around 15%

    If its only been a year back and your still slowly making gains, i think it would be best for you to hold off on the steroids for some time. IMO give it at least 6 months of training like you are now, and in the meantime, do some research on this board. sust & deca isnt bad for a more advanced user, but defintely not recommended for a first timer, or second/third timer for that matter.

    I was just wanting a general idea on how much to take. I know that i dont have enough sitting here, but it's pretty easy to come by from this source. Some people say start the sust aweek or two earlier than the deca . Some say take at least 5oomg of sust a week, and so on...
