I was hoping someone might can help me with my first cycle. Ive been back in the gym for about a year now. My routine is pretty much 5 days aweek mon.-fri. Ive been sticking to a fairly good diet for about a month now, along with taking bsn tru mass, and bsn cell mass. I dont want to go crazy with what i have, just enough to help me out some. I have a 10ml vial of deca and a 10ml vial of sust 250. The guy that i got it from said to take 1cc of each aweek till its gone. Does this sound ok? Im getting stronger in the gym as of now but it's slow as hell as far as going up in weight. My flat bench is about 265max right now.
