d-ball question

i just started a cycle of d-balls, but i was curious, they dont look like the russian d-balls im familiar with, has anyone ever heard of 45 mg d-balls thay are tiny little round pink pills that say 45 on one side and something on the other, ive heard of 40 mg but not 45, could it be winstrol instead? thanks
