sorry guys i have posted this again as i did not quite get the variaty of responses that i would of liked.

After months of research on this great site this is the cycle i plan to do. a 10 week cycle of deca and sust :-
(THE REASON WHY IAM DOING SUCH A 'LIGHT' DOSE IS BECAUSE I JUST WANT TO SEE HOW MY BODY TAKES IT BEFORE I DO MY 2ND CYCLE)

weeks 1-8 deca 200ml per week
weeks 1-10 sust 250ml per week
weeks 1-10 arimidex .5mg ed (gyno prone)

PCT 21 days after last sust shot
4 weeks nolva 20mg ed and clomid 50mg ed.

Should i take nolva the day after my last arimidex or after 21days of last shot.

This is the course that I am going to do because i have already bought my 'gear' and CANNOT get hold of anything else so i am more concerned about my anti-e and pct, in your experience should you start arimidex 2weeks before cycle or on the same day as 1st shot?how does it look to you.
