yes they both are, but the LEAN part will depend soley on your diet not the compound
Deca will produce gains quicker than Eq so Eq needs to be run longer usually 10 -12 week minimum
should I run deca and EQ both for 12 weeks or drop deca before EQ. One more question everyone has to take Novaldex after the cycle or between the cycle?

I am 27, 215lbs, 6'3 don't know my body fat but I work out 5 times a weel and do cardio 6 times a week for about 30 to 50 minutes I do have a body fat I don't know the %. I don't want to get too big my ideal weight would be 220 with 5% of body fat also I am going to be following a strict diet. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Also I would like to know is it better to start the PCT before I start my actuall AAs or is it better to do it at the end of my cycle. I also learnt from this site to stack up the PCT before starting my initial cycle.

PCT (POST cycle therapy) is to be used AFTER the cycle, 2 weeks after you're last shot.
I would recommend that anyone who is unsure about PCT to go look at the PCT section of this forum. There is lots of quality information there and should answer all of the questions you have.
