    WISEMEN Please help virgin.

    Quick facts:
    Age:22
    5'8"
    165
    8% Body fat
    5yrs gym time
    (not that it matters)
    Bench: 295
    Squat:335
    Deadlift:360
    Goal: Solid lean retainable 10 - 15 lbs Strength is a ++ Not seeking size
    Cycle: Possibly test,anavar,primo?

    I've read all the substance profiles and suggested cycles but the info is overwhelming.I can figure the PCT out for myself but the cycle and stack options are a mystery.Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks wisemen.

    I am on 500 mg/week of test for 12 weeks right now (as well as dbol @ 30mg for the first four weeks). I think you would find that test only at maybe 500-600 mg/week is a nice starter, something i wish i would have started with.

    test e or c becouse you only need to inject every 3.5 days for stable blood levels

    The test ester you use depends on how often you can inject. Usually people suggest enth or cyp since it can be shot e3d. But if you have no prob with injection frequence and spot injection rotation then I would suggest test prop ED. Gains are quicker, more managable with less water retention.

    If you looking from strength and some moderate size just do the classic newbie cycle.

    1-12 500mgs/week - Test E
    1-4 30-40mg/day - Dbol

    If you are afraid of the Dbol bloat (body and diet dependent)
    replace the dbol with Anavar or Winny.

    you should get dome excellent gains off of a test only cycle. Once you know how you get on with test you can add another compound next time you cycle. That way you will be able to tell what you like and what gives you awful side effects. If you lump them all together for first stack you will never know.

    Why do you regret not doing a test only cycle??

    That's what i'm on now just to see how my body reacts

    I regret not doing test only for my first cycle. This is not my first. I regret it because of the loss of libido, and the gains not kept.

    i suggest test e or cyp at 500 mgs, so two injections a week, save the dbol and other compounds for later so you can see how you react to the test... also test prop is good but i wouldnt do it for first cycle,,, i just done a test prop cycle.. it was great like someone said earlier fast gains, lean muscle.. but ED injections of test prop hurt and could def turn a newbie off... great compound just kinda annoying and ED test prop shots for 10-12weeks get a bit old

    first cycle was barely that.

    It was finasol if you know what that was... tren ED at 75mg for about 8 weeks... I regret it because I have seen first hand the effect of something strong like trenbolone which supressed my natural testosterone greatly. a later cycle which was tbol only for 8 weeks caused almost no suppression oodly.

    Dude with those stats you dont need juice you need food. You can gain alot more naturally before needing to embmark on a cycle.

    So with your first couple of cycles, you had no test at all. I thought you did have test just stacked

    Agreed.I wouldnt recommend starting to supress natural hormone levels at your age.
