Depends on the person. Some people can look at a treadmill and lose fat, some have to battle with the machine for weeks just to see a little results. Just start doing cardio and see how it goes every week.

it all depends.. non AAS assisted i'd say 1lbs (in order to avoid sacrificing muscle.)
AAS assisted 2-3lbs.. (that is cause you can eat less/do more cardio without loosing muscle)
depends on how out of shape you are. I hear it only safe to lose 2-3 pounds per week. Anything more than that and its unhealthy. That seems a little conservative though.
I would say 2lbs max a week, natty.
what about if you are using clen, how much weight loss would you consider too much?
Usually 1-2lbs per week is the rule of thumb. There are alot of variable that effect that(like how overweight you are to begin with). I personally look to loose 2lbs per week. You must also make sure you are losing fat, not muscle.
Clen will help if cardio and diet are set for cutting. I would expect 2-3lbs/week average
With fat weighing in at a whopping 3500kCal/lb ......
Losing 2lb a wek equates to cutting 7000 kCal from your diet every week, or 1000 per day.
Cutting 1000 kCal from you diet daily is considered by many to be the safe maximum before your body starts to exhibit a starvation response, causing you to stop losing weight!!
Somebody who is Obese however can lose as much as 7lb per week, this generally applies to people with a BF% above 40 and much of the weight loss in the 1st couple of weeks is water!!
is it possilble to loose fat while gaining muscle on AAS? if you eat clean and do cardio after every workout.
Increased lean muscle increases your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate). This means that as you put on lean muscle you will naturally use more calories daily, and so should lose even more weight!!Originally Posted by romeodun
Yes lots of people lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, many overweight people are also advised to do weight training to increase their lean mscle mass and so help them along the journey of losing fat!! With certain AAS this lean muscle buildig is enhanced.
