clen is good, if taken properly with a clean diet. You can't just eat hamburgers all day and lose weight, but clen is something to look into.

Tell your brother to do cardio and watch his diet it's not that hard concentrate on losing fat naturally instead of using AAS to lose fat

Use diet and cardio to burn BF, try and get as much as possible off naturall with hardwork first and then consider taking something to shift the stubborn bf what may be left.

It may also be worth him getting a bloodworks done by the doc, he could be suffering from a medical condition!! I myself suffer from Hypothyroidism!!
But as stated many times over, diet and exercise is the key. It may also benefit him to be taking a vitamin & mineral supplement and a Chromium supplement has shown to help lipolysis in obese patients!! Also it's worth noting that it'll be hard to lose weight if he's not drinking enough water, aim for 10 glasses of water a day but dont count cola, coffee, tea etc.
