When to take Winstrol

i just started taking winstrol about a week ago and am taking one 25mg pill in the morning around 7am and one 12 hours later at 7pm, should i be taking one pill right before my work out or after or is what i'm doing now fine at 12 hours apart?

I'm running prop at 100mg/day and will begin winstrol during my last 4-5 weeks. If the suggested timing for winstrol is every 12hrs, and I'm going to have to stick myself twice a day, would splitting the prop dose be beneficial as well? Twice a day I inject 50mg prop and 25mg winstrol, 12 hrs apart? Or does it make a difference with the prop?

How is this a hijack? I'm asking if splitting the prop dose to coincide with a 12hr winstrol dose is beneficial. The question is pertinent with regard to both the 12hr dosing schedule and the winstrol that was posed in the original question.

Though it will logically stay in your system longer (half-life), Winnie's active life (working time) is 8hrs, and for optimal results should be scheduled accordingly. Anyone with dissenting views should read the profile.
