    37 Year Old 1st Cycle Test Only

    I recently recieved my gear:

    2 x 10ml 200mg/mlCyp
    5 x 1ml 250mg/mlTest Sust
    PCT Start 18 days after last cyp inject:
    Clomid 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks
    Nolva 4 weeks @ 20mg ed
    I have plenty of both

    My Options:

    1. Should I just run the Cyp at 400mg per week for 10 weeks. 10 week total.

    2. Run 500mg/week Sust for 2 weeks then run the Cyp at 500mg/week for 8 weeks. 10 week total

    3. Run 500mg/week Sust for 2 weeks then run the Cyp at 400mg/week for 10 weeks. 12 week total.

    Stats:

    37 years old
    5'9"
    170 pounds
    10% BF
    Diet is spot on
    Training for 20+ years

    Incline Bench - 225 x 5
    Bent Rows - 155 x 6
    DB Shoulder Press - 70 x 8
    Squats - Don't ask - I've mainly been doing hill sprints, stairs and skipping rope for legs

    I know my size isn't up to bodybuilding standards but I recently got into boxing and in the off season I want to gain some quality lean mass.

    I will cut back on the cardio to 2 mile runs 5 days a week and 2 1 hour long boxing session twice a week.

    Awsome site! Did most of my research here prior to coming over to the darkside.

    Run the Cyp at 400mg per week for 10 weeks.

    If you want, you can run the sust at the start of the cycle for the first 4 weeks.

    Sust does need to be injected eod, so I would save it for a future cycle, unless you are confident with all those injects.

    I see no PCT and your training looks weak. I would run the Cyp and dump the Sust.

    Just run the cyp for 10 weeks. Also if you’re boxing I would not cut out any endurance training. Just EAT allot more and keep it clean.

    Thanks added my PCT regimen. That's not my training regemin just some idea of my current strength.
