Cycle critique
Sup sup,
So here it goes. 24 y/o male 5'11", roughly 19%bf (Don't worry I will drop it to about 12%) Training for 6 years. Started out 130 lbs now I'm 185. Pretty good base. Reached my gentetic potential. Previous cycle history. Halodrol 50and Max LMG. Some strenght gains but overall dissapointing. My cycle is as goes.
D-bol week 1-4 30mg/ed (I think this should be good for a first cycle)
Test E
Now this is where I need some advice. I will have 2 10ml Vials @ 250mg/ml
Thats 5000mg. I have enough for
week 1-10 500mg/week or
week 1-12 400mg/week
Ancilliary's
Letro @ .25-.50mg/day (Which is better) (Or should I go with Aromisan)
Dutastride (Not sure of the dosage yet) I chose Duta because its stronger, I know its hard on libido, but I can tough it out. Also would Letro inhibit my gains from dbol ?
Supps
RRY, Niacine, Milk Thistle(1000mg), CoQ10(100mg), ***** 3's, and Multi V.
Topical Spiro and Nizoral.
PCT
week 1-2 Nolva 40mg/day Clomid 100mg/day
week 2-4 nolva 20mg/day clomid 50mg/day
Diet
4,000 cal/day (clean) 400g protien
1.5 gal water.

I forgot to mention I will also throw some clen in for pct as per reccomendation of several respected members. And when should I cease the usage of the AI? I know PCT start time is 14 days for test e. And I know Letro has a half life of 2-4 days. So should I stop letro 2-4 days before the start of my PCT?

I think the cycle is a good one. 10 or 12 weeks, hard to say. I would do it 12 weeks at 400mg since its your first time, you shoul see some nice gains. Myself i like Letro, so i would stick with that. I ran it right up to my PCT at 0.25mg/ED

Yeah I think Letro is a good choice too. Extra protection never hurts.

3 Things stick out to me...
1) Are you planning to drop this BF before or during cycle?
2) Your going to be eating 4000 cals a little much
3) 400 grams of protein is also not needed at your size

i think in the range of 3200-3700 possible
300 seems decent post your diet in the diet form so ppl get give you ideas
