Is this a bad cycle? 10 week cycle
100 mg tren a 2x a week
200 mg equi 1x a week

those are very low doses, and u need test.

I think you could run a better cycle than that.
Is this you're first cycle? If it is I would recommend running only one compund (test e or cyp) to see how you react to it.
For the cycle you want to do the doses are too low.

i am running low doseage on purpose. I react really strongly to any medications i put in my body. This is my 3rd cycle. I have done 2 cycles of winny just to help me make weight.

i don't mean side effect wise. Even with any supp. i get from the store. I get really great results from them. I just want to break this pleteau i have been at, and i want to jump up to the next weight class

without looking at your stats or experience or knowing your body ill throw out some stuff about those compounds
if you are talking tren a it needas to be shot every day
those are weak doses. start at 350mg tren /wk and 600mg eq/wk IMO.
eq needs to be cut 2 weeks before tren is cut then wait 5 days about for pct

i know i am playing with serious shit. Which is the reason i am listening to your advise. I know to listen to my own body. Its not like i need to get huge off this cycle. If i feel good next time i will increase the dosages. I will keep everybody posted if they care how i do.
I hit a plateau really hard this summer. I had to take a month off because i lost like 30 lbs on my lifts and my endurance went to shit. work/lift/train. It put a hurting on my body. Overtraining. I am mainly doing this to aid in recovery and some endurance

Be careful with the Tren .....thats a low dose but just be careful with the stuff.. Can be hazardous if you go too high...
