    Gains ?

    I'm starting my first cycle on Sunday:

    500mg Sustanon for 12 weeks

    I'm a powerlifter and looking for the strength gains more than the size. I'm 6'5 and 265 (probably 275 after yesterday). My current lifts are Squat 785, bench 495, and dead 730.

    My question(s) is:

    What kind of gains can I expect from what I'm planning on taking? I know that it is different for everyone, but can anyone give me a ballpark figure?

    How long before I notice any gains?

    I'm not looking to make superman gains, but wanted to get everyones opinion. Thanks

    You might not see anything the first 4 weeks. I dont get much size or strength until around week 5. It seems everything everything happens between week 5-10 for me. The prop in the sus might get you there a little quicker.

    At your size??? Shit...20-30 lbs. in body weight. 60-100 lbs. in max lifts. Maybe more?
    Don't expect much for 4 or 5 weeks. Then...you'll feel the weights magically get lighter! Good luck.

    Im not sure about sust, never used it myself, but you think due to the prop youd see results faster than you would with a single longer ester like test e or test c

    be prepared to do frequent injections with sust, for a first cycle, Id lean towards test E or test C... fewer shots. lol

    i started to noitce gains at week 4. it does take a while. bu it's worth it

    i disagree here.. at his size he will prolly notice less impovement than a novice.. BTW congrats on those lifts, VERY impressive for a natural... Good luck with u on ur cycle.. if u put lets say 40 lbs on ur bench that would be very good!!!

    from my first cycle I gained only like 25 lbs on my bench which was 375 naturally (without a shirt though)....

    also another note taht might interest u: I am having very hard time keeping the gains I make on a cycle. Seems like my lifts slowly drop to where they were... My PCT is good and no problems in recovery but seems like I cant maintian the new muscle natty, I like slowly drop in like lets say 6 months to where I was before.. like every week I drop minutely more until Im approaching my natty point... BUT not saying it will be like so for u, but keep us updated.... GOOD LUCK!!

    currently in week 8 of 10 week cycle 500mg/week SUST i started noticing little strength gains in week 2 going up in half my workout nearly everyday until week 7 BOOM!!! strength went nuts people in the gym are looking at me and going how is he lifting that at his size, going up in everything everyday. now SIZE gains i have gained 7kiloes wich is like 14pounds just dbl it in kiloes pretty much. but its not noticeble size gains i dnt look like i have gotten bigger so i hope i start getting noticeble results but people said i got thicker.
