Just wondering your personal opinions on the best way to combat water retention, I am currently on prop and nandrolone decanoate and of course I want the gains from the deca just not the water, some told me water ret wasnt a problem especially if done with prop instead of bloating test, so i went ahead using deca instead of eq yet now I am starting to get some signs of water, I am only 4 1/2 weeks in with deca at 600mg a week so now that i am caught up and loaded I dont really want to stop but I hate water,,so what is the best way to combat...an AI some winny,,doing almost daily am cardio, cutting down on carbs...whats the solution guys??
