Well its been actually 1.5 months after the last shot of test and nearly two months since the last shot of EQ. Here was what I was doing.
400 EQ week
750 test a week
Cycle history: First cycle.
Workout history: Work out intensely for over 14 years. I am 5'9", 19 inch biceps and benched about 355 before cycle.
Diet: Pretty clean throughout cycle, could have been better, I needed to take a little more protein daily. Calorie intake was about 2.5k to 3k daily. Will talk more about this later.
Results:
Weight went up from 185 to 194
I didn't have an accurate way to measure body fat, but when I did, i would say comparisions told me that my body fat went down 2 percent.
Third week noticed a marginal increase in strength and my endurance shot up.
About third to the fourth week my appetitie really started to pick up. It was subtle and i didn't notice it right away. WOW. I really had to watch what I eat because I have a low motabolism. I kept my diet very clean. My calorie intake was probably around 2500 to 3000 calories a day. Most of you will say i didn't eat enough, but again, i have an extremely slow motbolism and didnt' want to gain any more than ten pounds.
Toward the end of my cycle, my bench went from 355 to 385. Legs gained nearly two inches! And leg strength shot up.
Back grew in places that I didn't even know I had muscle. Arms and tris both grew in strength and size. Shoulders same thing.
I got some gear from a ugl. At first I didn't notice a whole lot of gains from 500 test a week so about week 5 i upped it to 750. Now that I think about it, it was probably just a little weaker stuff. I have since got some pharm grade gear so I will know more next time when i compare the two.

Ok here the main reason I write this today is to talk about the PCT. I ordered Exemstane from AR, and real brand name Nolvadex and Clomid.
About one week after the cycle i started taking exemstane, then two weeks i started the clomid. And with the nolvadex, I never stopped taking it. 20mg a day. I wouldn't take it on sat and maybe sunday some days, but it was mostly 5 to 7 days a week. The clomid is 50mg a pill i think. I take it 5 to 7 times a week.
I am almost a month into pct. And here is what i found. I stopped the eq two weeks before stopping the test. About 2 weeks after stopping the test, my endurance went down a little and body fat shot back up to normal again. ANd i was even eating a little less.
It started to scare me a bit when my strength and endurance dropped slightly, but to be expected. Well after about two weeks into the clomid and nolvadex, I noticed my strength coming back. My bench is within 5 lbs of 385, my arms look just as cut and they are 19inches, legs are still just as strong. Bottom line, I was surprised. I was scared I wasn't going to be able to maintain the gains, but I did. I don't look as ripped. My weight went down to 189 to 190. So I lost about 4 pounds. I really didn't have a huge problem with water retention, but I imagine atleast half of it was water which really isn't that much in two lbs.
My pumps are still amazing and the burn is still there. So again, recap of pct

-20 mg of Nolvadex 1-16
-50 mg of clomid weeks 14 - 18
