Yup on dbol I retained a shitload of water in my calves. Elevate your legs, avoid sodium, drink MORE water and eat clean. Watch your BP too. If it gets extreme go to a doctor.
man i right there with ya. esp. my right calve. it feels like shin splints but on the back side. (calve) i used to run 1 mile three times a day on the tread mill. now i cant do even a half mile before my right calve starts screaming with pain. im taking multin minerals, potassium aminos of every variety you name it. i eat more bananas then a chimp and cant shake it. i guess ill lay off the cardio till after this cycle. let me know if you work it out. Bently
Try eating raisins instead they have more potassium :P also take some potassium supplements and watch sodium, elevate them, etc. like what has been said. Does it hurt when you run or walk and is it when its on an incline or flat? I hate calf cramps, theyre the worst.
Is it in the muscle, or tendons that you feel the pain?
i feel it through the whole calf . and my calves get really swollen and tight. i can stretch and it doesnt help.
