    cycle effectiveness

I find myself thinking more and more about how the best way to use AAS long term with maximum benefit and minimal bad sides. First question is is that normal or do most just want the effects with little care of long term effect?

second is what if you were to stick to Test products(cyp, prop, enan, susp), Deca, Anavar, sustanon would you be able to continually gain with cycling off and on for lets say a five year period of time or would your receptors and body adapt to it? I say these four because they seem to be rated the least toxic that i can see anyway. I'm a lifer for a lot of reasons, the last year since i started cycling has been the best year i've had in many ways but these are no joke and used incorrectly can F*&k you up.

    thoughts????

of course diet is #1, Workout is #2

Firstly, there are tons of threads on this stuff.
2ndly it has ALOT to do w/ genetics.
3rdly as u get BIGGER u have to utilize more aas to acquire more gains..
u think a 255lb guy at 10% will get same gains off of the exact same cycle as a person at 185lbs 12%? f'nO
