my girl friend wishes to lose fat and she took cleanasma without any fat lose and she would wish to start t3 or t4 to lose fat. which one shall i give to here t3 or t4 and at which dose daily and for how long???? are there any side effects or is it safe??? please help me out

yes but with cardio and diet no fat lose happen her metabolisem is slow she took cleansma and helped almost nothing so she is think taking t3 or t4 . can you help me out with what she better take and at what dose and for how long??? pls

If she took clen (clenasma) with a clean diet...and cardio regime and lost no fat, obviously there's:

a. a problem with her diet and training
b. a further underlying problem

I'd suspect it were 'a.'

But if it's 'b.' she should consult a physician... not blindly ingest MORE substances at your whim

Clen worked better than t3 for me, and I doubt t3 will work miracles if you got nothing from clen. so I think you need to go print some pages from the diet section.
