Question on TURKISH Pharmacies

Don't flame me if this seems like a stupid question to you, but I thought if there was a place to ask... it would be here.

Has anyone here, heard anything negative (or positive) about the juice in Turkey. Just want to know if there's anything I need to know about Turkish pharmacies. Any help is appreciated .
