    Bit of Info needed Please

    Hi all im sure you get these questions all the time but please answer mine thanks



    Basically im looking for a fast bulk look, i weigh 15stone 3pounds and am 6' 1" and am 17years old,and have been going gym about 5weeks now.I was told by a few friends to look into steroids and research its background and stumbled across to this forum.My main question is "if i started steroids is it fast acting muscle gains or what please?"

    I train 3-4 times a week and again want a fast bulk look is steroids for me and can any1 point me in the right direction please?

    You need to be 18 to be a member here and you are faaarrrr to young for juice.

    Way too young for AAS. Please don't do that to your body! Your hormones are more than high enough to make incredible gains WITHOUT steroids if you eat adn train correctly!! Using steroids now could fuse your growth plates, screw up your natural testosterone production, and other issues you don't need at your age.

    Please hold off and come back when you are 18 and do a ton of research here

    The best way to bulk up at your age is to EAT, EAT and more EAT !! check out hte diet section on bulking and you will see. Even on steroids you need your nutrition to be perfect so that is where you should start!!

    and also bro, you can do whatever you wish, but my advice is dont juice now your way too young if you start now youll end up messing your body up, stay natty couple more years, use this time to get your training regimen, diet, knowledge, in check

    actually no one more question is there anywhere on the net that will allow me to pay them money to make me like a nutrition plan so i can bulk and not be sloopy fat?

    Don't have to pay anyone if you can read!!

    Eat quality foods every 2-3 hours 6-8 times a day!

    Go buy the book " Everything you want to know about fat loss" by CHRIS ACETO

    It will be a great help to you!! You can find his books online pretty easy

    You don't need to pay anyone money to figure out a good diet.

    It's very basic.
    1.5-1.8g X your weight in lbs=daily protein intake
    Eat more calories than you burn. Try bumping up to 3-4000cal diet, you are young, you will burn it off.
    Don't eat processed foods.
    Get some clean fats-Fish Oil, Flax seed oil, peanut butter, so forth.
    Clean carbs-whole grain pasta.

    When I was bulking I constantly ate, my stomach was always full.

    Get the idea?
