Hey ALL-
Im a newbie user. I've done a cycle roughly 2 yrs ago gained about 12-15lbs. All in all I didn't work my ass off like I should have or eat the best.
Im back to where I left off before. Im in good shape but would like to bulk up but stay lean.
I am 6'5 185-190lbs natural. I would love to break the 200lbs mark.
I have a thin build and look odd if I get too meaty which is why its key I stay lean.
I have Deca, Test and Winstrol but I am not sure how to stack them.
Any suggestions???
Also, any recomendations on protien powder? creatine? suppliments? work out/eating routines?
Any advice to help me do it right this time!
