    Lightbulb Deca, Test & Winstrol Stack???

    Hey ALL-

    Im a newbie user. I've done a cycle roughly 2 yrs ago gained about 12-15lbs. All in all I didn't work my ass off like I should have or eat the best.

    Im back to where I left off before. Im in good shape but would like to bulk up but stay lean.

    I am 6'5 185-190lbs natural. I would love to break the 200lbs mark.

    I have a thin build and look odd if I get too meaty which is why its key I stay lean.

    I have Deca, Test and Winstrol but I am not sure how to stack them.

    Any suggestions???

    Also, any recomendations on protien powder? creatine? suppliments? work out/eating routines?

    Any advice to help me do it right this time!

    As for an answer to your questions...

    1.) There is no way in hell at 6'5", 185-190 lbs, you are plateaued naturally...
    I'm 5'10" and plateaued at about the weight you're at now...and that was at 6% BF.

    2.) Stick around and do alot of reading..then ask questions, as it appears that you need to inform yourself a bit more before you run this cycle.

    I am 6'5 185-190 naturally. Meaning I take nothing more than creatine before my work outs and my diet is reg. everyday food. Nothing specialized. I am prob. between 10 - 12% BF. I have no reason to come on here and make up stories.

    As far as me asking questions I can ask what I want anytime. Thats what this site is about. For advice, to critique and learn.

    I'd appreciate all of your advice and none of your attitude.

    I already gave you all the advice you're going to get and I don't see any attidude either...if you want attitude, keep making replies such as you did and you'll get it.

    Take your beanpole @ss to the diet forum and get your diet in check before you consider the sauce.

    That's about the only advice anyone is going to give you at them stats.

    NO, LOL, he is seirous. there are rules here and being dumb can get you banned. yes this site is for answering questions, but be smart and do a little research using the search button before asking questions. Most answers you will find but then with those answers you may still have questions in which you can ask. But your question really wasnt that great. You need to read the forum rules and also search for diet and workout routines. youll be good to go then! No sauce for you in the mean time tho.

    You come here obviously having no clue what you are doing and expect us to spoon feed you which isn't going to happen especially after giving a bro dumb ass comments.
    Lets see.....you are 6'5 185 lbs and dont know how to train or eat, you are asking about a cycle that isnt for beginners and you want advice on protein powders and creatine AND you make 4 threads about it.
    Do some research and read the rules before filling the site up with garbage and trashing people.

    Research diet, training techniques , and also learn how to treat others with respect.

    You are putting words in my mouth. I never said I didn't know how to train and I didn't plan on dieting.

    I know how to train and I do know how to diet. I was just explaining my current state. I tried looking up a deca, test /winstrol stack and couldn't find one with those 3 combo's. I figured someone on here would probably know.

    I was asking Protein Powder and Creatine because I figured there might be something out there I haven't heard of yet.

    No one is asking you to spoon feed me.

    You guys need to lay off the Juice cause your bitchy as hell.

    I think the point is that you could make alot more gains without the AS. Straighten out your diet and training program first. Here are a couple of supps that I think are great. NoXplode, CellMass, Glutamine, and of course Whey protien (Designer is my fav brand). There, now you got some answers, try not to me angry at these guys. They just don't like to see people waste AS. Stick around, you'll learn alot, I know I have.

    Still no age given after I requested it....thinking we have a youngster here fellas...

    And he comes here asking for advice on a cycle, yet tells us to lay off the juice in the next breath of wind??


    ...cause at them stats, that's probably all he's been eating.
