Okay before people attack me about searching.. .I have searched and tried to get some info on this.. I have learned a little but there are just soooo many threads containing these words and so many of them contradict each other it is hard to kno whA to believe. Also with searching you get a lot of pointless threads involving these words, so I decided to make one of my own and ask.
My main goal is to loose body fat and keep my muscle. What would be the best product to take? I also have seen they are a couple of variations of the ECA stack.. and also I have asthma so I dunno if clen or the other ones will affect me negatively. Currently I take a small dose of caffine and asprin and do around 30 min of cardio about 4x a week.... thanks for all you opinions and input...which is the safest and most effective for body fat loss????
(also not lookin to take anything illegal here in the usa)
